Wilhelm Hack Museum presents a special exhibition on Joan Miró
Inspired by the world-famous ceramic mural on its facade, the Wilhelm Hack Museum dedicates a major special show to the artist Joan Miró.
The Wilhelm Hack Museum on Berliner Platz is the most important art museum in the Palatinate, and an eye-catcher from the outside: its entire facade is adorned with a large-scale ceramic mural by Joan Miró. In 2026 the museum takes this landmark as the occasion for an extensive special exhibition on the work of the Catalan artist. On show are prints, ceramics and works from the world of classical modernism, drawn from its own collection as well as from loans. Guided tours, family workshops and a supporting programme deepen the look at Miró's visual language. The museum remains open as usual for the duration of the show.
